about us

Here at Kiddies Cove Day Nursery we are passionate about childcare and ensuring families have access to a provision where their child can learn, grow and be inspired. This is why when creating Kiddies Cove the children were at the forefront of our minds during every decision. We decided to open a nursery after years of working within the childcare sector and also being parents ourselves. We feel strongly about providing a high-quality learning environment that also has a caring and homely feel that parents can feel confident leaving their little ones at, with the knowledge they will be happy and secure, as we know just how daunting it can be.

our rooms

We have four spacious rooms spread over two floors. Each room has been carefully designed to meet the children’s growing needs and to provide a safe and stimulating environment whilst still having a home away from home feel. Each room has access to the garden which enables them to easily explore the outdoor area throughout the day.

fees and funding

We are open 7:30am – 6:30pm for 52 weeks of the year, excluding bank holidays. We offer a range of flexible sessions, including morning and afternoon sessions and full day sessions.

We offer 2 year old funded spaces and 3 and 4 year old funded spaces. Children from the beginning of the term after their third birthday are entitled to up to 15 free hours universal funding. Some children are also entitled to a further 15 hours Extended funding if you meet the government eligibility criteria, meaning that you would be entitled to up to 30 hours funding. We will be happy to explain these options with you in more detail.

EYFS

Here at Kiddies Cove, we ensure that we plan the learning and development around each individual child, as every child learns and grows differently.

We work in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), which sets the standards of learning, development and care for your child from birth to five EYFS years.
